Sin marco: envío en tubo rígido.
Con marco: protección rígida y envoltura con burbuja.

Recomendación:

Unframed: shipped in rigid tubes.
Framed: protected with rigid materials and bubble wrap.

Recommendation:

Lay the artwork flat on a clean surface, keep the protective paper, and apply even weight for 24 hours to restore its shape.
